To be honest the video just looked like an interval session, which although sharpish would be put into perspective by most reasonable cat2 riders.
Yes the white van and the bus would have been concerns. Also the breaking of the speed limit shows a disregard of laws, although not sure he would get a furious ticket for it.

Well it's obviously worked, look at how much you're all talking about her after her little publicity stunt.

I was posting about her sporting achievement. Do you not think it took somebody of extremely good physical condition to do the challenge.

As for the publicity, that is what the charity wanted.
Also bear in mind Mr O is on a steel charge plug, fixed, with a large carradice saddle-bag fully loaded. Considering I average about 14 mph in London I'm in awe.
So what does Mr O average. I am not saying it is sluggish by any means, but it was being roughly compared with a 500 mile trip over 5 days including a long open water swim and a marathon.

I'm sure Davina would kick my ass all over Cheshire...

I bet you would catch her once it got into London though.

Yes, living and being filmed on helmet cams in London increased my performance by 30% if you believe what you read on cycling fora. Cheshire must have Kryptonite under the soil as I just don't seem to be as quick up here!

I found the same moving to Lincolnshire, I could win a cross race when living in London in my youth, where as the mud up here only allows genuine locals to go fast.

Just a thought, what do you think of her physical achievement?

V Impressive - doing it in Feb made it a lot more gruelling.

Did you write that the way I read it, as a prosecution barrister who has finally managed to extract the answer sought from a tricky and evasive witness?
No, I thanked him for answering my question.
