Have all the bike related puns been dredged yet?

Shimano have some handy date codes stamped on their components. Maybe the same is true for other manufacturers.

Edit:

most of the components are non original ( except possibly 105 hubs and chainset)

Check the back of the Shimano cranks for a two letter date code. It will be in the format of Year Month (e.g. GC indicates 1982 March)
