Thanks everyone, I'll pass on your good wishes and congratulations to him.
Darren and I are meeting up at the end of the Month to record another video about the record to go with the 'before' that is up on his site.
The photos reminded me of his silver medal in Beijing when he collapsed afterwards due to the heat and that last photo of him, well you can really see the pain of trying to hold up the flowers. At least they managed to keep the sick bin out of shot

Had a text from Darren, the early press releases had a typo. He covered 40.516km not 40.156Km is 60 minutes!
