Dame Edna enjoyed poking fun at his audience. I can remember he picked out a rather large lady and complimented her on dress material.

Edna made Moonee Ponds the most famous suburb in Melbourne, they even named Everage Street in her honour.
Made me proud to be Australian, possums - maybe I should apply for the now vacant role of Cultural Attaché.
