Also, cyclogs competition used to jump up at weekends, whereas this one seems to climb steadily. I need to start logging my miles so remind me (as I'm too lazy to look back a couple of pages - almost too lazy to cycle this month). I'm with Helen with my weight going the wrong way - I've not got on the scales but I think I've put on weight AFTER Christmas rather than before.
