No idea what he is trying to do at the end

Almost as if he is trying to go up the kerb but at an very shallow angle and at too high a speed - both guaranteed to either trash the wheel or through it off line and both will cause a crash
I was wondering if he is not able to control his bike - maybe a wheel is wobbling around

either that or he is just riding like and idiot or is drunk (or high on something)

I'm going with him being an idiot either way

Rider looked like he was a tramp, pissed up, he didn't even know there was a vehicle there, possibly stolen bike too.

Yeah - it does seem to be being sold as the old "entitled cyclist taking over the whole road as is not allowed by the over woke Highway Code changes" concept as loved by the old daily fail readers
whereas it looks more like "drunken/high idiot tries to cycle home and crashes" - if it was a pedestrian no-one would think twice!
