Cyclist down on vauxhall bridge road

Traffic backed up as we where approaching victoria.
Car driver pulls across traffic, cyclist goes through windscreen. cuts to the head and arm. Cyclist was wearing a helmet and probably saved his head from some bad gashes.
I called the police and ambulance.

He seemed fine. but if i'm honest, it was his fault anyway, he was traveling to fast for the conditions and had previously rear-ended a moped 200 yards further up the raod.

Hope he's okay. Judging by my commute this morning I think the number of accidents will be high today.
