A cyclist went down in Peckham this morning on my commute. An ambulance was in attendance by the time I arrived and according to an eye witness he just fell off his bike and wasn't hit. I didn't notice, but he may have been wearing SPDs.
Anyway, his face was covered in blood but he was concious so it could have been worse.
