I did try the size up on the mavics width wise they was fine but there was a right gap between toes and end of shoe! Might have to find lbs that does sidi
Yes , I think its a bit like the wild West with shoe sizing for some manufacturers. Its your feet and they will tell you when the shoe is right

You can order a bunch into an Evans store and return straightaway if they don't fit. They will charge your card but refunds are pretty swift. And they price match a bunch of competitors, e.g. You might find the wider Sidis cheaper

They have a wide shimano https://www.evanscycles.com/shimano...esvaid=50080&gclid=CJmu54Pokc0CFdYy0wodRP0Ikg

Which you could price match against CRC for the 44 (45 out of stock)

Quicker than buying from Wiggle, then having to return and then waiting for a refund

Sidis I used to find narrow, many many moons ago.

Now using Northwave (road) and Shimano (enclosed SPDs), both very good. My last pair of Shimanos I had to go a size larger than the ones I bought 15 years ago.

Looking for some new shoes for fathers day and im struggling with which ones! I have a budget of 120. I use the plastic type spd sl. Looking for comfort mainly! Which brands are your favourites? Ive tried mavic and they crush my toes at the sides! And ive tried pearl izumi they fit nice! But still undecided
Surely it depends on the size of your dad's feet if they are for Father's Day?
