Most people on this forum have enough lights on their bike to be seen from orbit - so having a reflector on should really be a moot point - policeman or not!

I've just joined this club, somehow it's awesome

I was in a bigger city for the first time in ages this evening but not that it matters, there's just more exposure to commuters. One went by with a flashing rear light that alternated between green/blue/red Leds, I doubt its legal but in the dense proximity of other lights it seemed quite effective.
