Five year old bibs is funny. Especially at £7. If you buy the best luxury bibs in the whole world after a few years the pad won't be the same. I'd rather tape some bubble wrap to the seat.

Why? I've got five year old bibs - Assos - which still do the job as well as the day I bought them.

Did 70 mile the other day in my five year old £7 bibs still as comfortable as they were when new.

Comfort is only one aspect.
Please tell us you have arranged to have someone cycle behind you in order to provide an honest appraisal of the opacity of said garment.

That's because they're Assos not DHgate fake.

Looks good. I find after many washes the pad just becomes less comfortable, as if it gets thinner.
I've got some Snide Void from DHgate and it really looks spot on. In warm weather it's just a tad scratchy. Some people don't mind. Only if you look close the stitching isn't as good as the real thing.
