Budget ? Do you need sighted ones.

Budget - Aldi sports glasses. Or Bolle Safety glasses (high standard).

Sighted, then you may need opti labs.

If you've already got sighted 'inserts' then some of the Oakley copies/look a likes are very good - about £15 for glasses, 5 lenses, spare nose pieces etc. etc. (ebay).

Just bought these, http://www.rxsport.co.uk/products/Rudy-Project-Magster-Sunglasses-%2d-Racing-White-{47}-ImpactX-Photochromic-Red.html
It's the Photochromic that makes the difference wear them in any light, i had them supply the frames with grey lenses.
My other half has Rudy Project with her prescription in, she loves them.

How do you find the photochromatic?

I have thought about this type of lense but unsure.

Looking at these :-

As more in my price range.

there very good it saves the hassle of changing lenses all the time. I have the rudy projects which are very good, they darken gradually but from your view you will hardly notice until you take them off, use in rain as I've done on my commute is ok it wasnt too bad but thats subjective

good investment to make, helps if you work late and you've had a bright day esp in spring/summer peroid

As i said i have only just bought these so have not been used yet, but my other half finds the photochromatic really good, we have a few in our club that use rudy sunglasses and they all swear by them, am looking forward to trying mine out, i quite often do afternoon rides i have been using Mai Jims which are excellent sunglasses. but as it starts to get darker in the evening i am struggling to see properly.

I got a pair from Decathlon for about £12 that are decent.

Comes with clear, yellow and black lenses, really easy to change between and work well, just too bad I lost them on a hill walk! Not had a chance to replace them yet
