Cycling gear for cold weather

It's flipping cold up here (-10C as I set off for work this morning... not on bike though... icy roads, snow still everywhere) so I've been wearing my cycling thermals under regular clothes, plus a cycling fleecy jacket under my usual 'going to work' coat, and my winter cycling gloves... been as warm as toast

Yes, a base layer with a fleece mid layer and then a good snug Goretex jacket is a great combination.
