Just about to knock off for the day, looked in my office bin (just me in office). Since this morning, I appear to have eaten:
Sandwich (2 slices of bread, corned-beef, shop-bought)
3 apples
3 bananas
an orange
a family-sized chocolate bar
a packet of hula hoops
half a packet of digestive biccies
:blush:
off home now for me tea.

One bowl of Rice Krispies.
One Banana
One Hot Cross Bun (Buttered)
One large plastic bowl (made last night) of twirly pasta, chicken, peppers & sweetcorn.
One chocolate wafer bar (110 cals)

Been good by comparison haven't I? :blush:

It's the boredom sometimes that makes me dunk a whole packet of Nice biscuits........

Bowl of porridge, a banana, some apricots, a zinger tower burger and that's it so far.

Have done 110k as well today. I stocked up on grub yesterday, will do tonight and the rest of the week as well probably.

Big bowl of Spaghetti with sea bass cooked with Olive oil, pepper, lightly fried onions & garlic.

And copious amounts of tea!!!
 
2 wholemeal toast + honey
2 pots expresso
3 bananaramas
2 apples
1 wholemeal cheese sandwich
1/3rd malt loaf
A bit of a chinese pastry...
About six cups of tea
An aperitif (51) :wacko:
Rice with mushrooms etc
Will continue with tea etc this evening :rolleyes:

1 bowl of cheerios
an apple
2 clementines
1 potion of shepherd's pie and veg
snickers bar
chicken, chips and beans
yogurt
- and some days I have hungrier days, and will eat porridge or toast an hour or so after dinner and then snack all evening - popcorn, crisps, nuts, more toast...

(and despite eating all that I struggle to keep my weight above 10 stone)

Choc. Cookie + cappucino,

2x pasties, - one can of tango,

Meal - rice/beans/toms.

Tea & Toast.

I need to change my diet! :blush:

They must be a bit old and wrinkly now? I'm not sure my Missus would let me indulge. :tongue:

Hmmm Double Decker bars... just can't get on with those..
Too much going on in there for a chocolate bar.. They weigh a ton also
