Once again, CycleChat goes through the looking glass and cuts straight to the heart of the matter.

Today we investigate London town.

Is it a vast nature reserve full of wild Cockneys, beautiful museums, theatres, and the changing of the guard?

Or is an overcrowded place rammed full of cafes with trendy but meaningless names and unfit people hurrying to get to work before their next heart attack?

Only you, dear CycleChatter, can settle this question.

London is fantastic when you’re a 40 minute train ride away.
You can use it for the day but you don’t have to live there.

@User9609 just be careful you don’t go on Wednesday, it’s half day closing....

I have worked in London many times. Lots of "height safety" stuff so often on rooftops overlooking the centre eg worked on Westminster Abbey.
I really enjoyed it for 2,3, or 4 days/nights but WOULD NOT want to live there.

Will March be too early in the year or will things be open by then ? some places don't open till easter, is london like that ?[/QUOTE]
No, Yes, No

Just avoid Easter unless you like hoards of children (although of course the NHM is visited by schoolgroups daily)

Only Christmas Day is a bit dead (although the churches are packed)
