the fast cat also connects with the train on the island, upon which bikes go free of charge, and which goes as far south as shanklin. looks dead useful when tired legs take over
if you find yourself in Yarmouth of a lunch time the blue crab does stunning seafood and great fish and chips

A Great weekend was had, i would suggest it to anyone who wants a nice weekend away.
Its a little hillier then i thought but still good fun.
I stayed in GreenBank (http://www.cowesbedandbreakfast.co.uk/). They let me store the bike in the garrage so it was nice and safe.
I found the roads to be narrow but quiet, there were lots of other people doing similar things and all of them were willing to give a nod or say hello in passing. I will be going this trip again as it was a perfect weekend.
Having done the IOW a couple of times in the car you dont realise how much you are missing till you have been round it on the bike and taken everything in.
