As I work long days, I try to Turbo early in the morning in the garage rather than risk cycling country roads in the dark. Roll on spring. Cycling outdoors is fab, turbo-ing rather less exciting, but I take music in there with me to try to while away the time. Not done more than 35 mins yet though, but it does keep the legs turning :-)
I use a simpler, nicer exercise bike that allows me to use my handlebars and saddle from my touring bike for the winter. That, and a DVD player with a pile of old epic movies has gotten me through the worst of winter.
With the dark nights and mostly bad weather at weekends I have been using my excersise bike, but my god its boring, I did get out last weekend, hoping to do the same again this weekend. The weather is deffinatly getting better and the nights are starting to get a bit lighter not much but a bit.
