ooo ok, now I just have to work out how to reset one of the distances without resetting the whole computer (except odometer of course). Thanks guys.

That's easy for the microwireless you just press the large button at the bottom of the unit and equally large button on the face of the unit at the same time. To switch between distance 1 to 2, you have to hold down the button on the face for a couple of seconds. To reset each trip computer you have to be in its retrospective mode. To reset the main Odometer (which you only have to do when you insert a new battery) you have to faff around with the small buttons on the back of the unit.
