cycle cafe where cyclists cant meet ????

just seen this on road cc, apparently the building was once a pub but has been turned into a cyclists café with repairs and retail section, but the council has imposed rules,...... does anyone know any other cyclists café where cyclists are forbidden to meet,before during or after a ride, its madness I tell ya....

It's difficult to imagine that any noise from patrons wouldn't have been worse when it was a pub.

It's difficult to understand how they can rule out a specific societal group - that alone seems to smack of discrimination. Or how it fits with the local authorities green transport plan?

Perhaps the cafe should invite the local traction engine appreciation society to start their next rally there?
