Nope because I've not used them. It was more a joke about you finding it easy to get the tyre on because M+ are notoriously difficult

I don't really like M+ as they are heavy, slow on the road and IME not very grippy despite having tread. I prefer a slick tyre on a road going bike at least

I went for the slick tyre http://www.evanscycles.com/products/vittoria/rubino-slick-700c-wired-road-tyre-ec106352 It will do, and was infinitately easier to get on than the Bontrager it replaced, going to have to give it a little ride this evening just to make sure all is on properly, don't want to not make it to the start!

Yes, I bought a couple of the pro slicks for £15 each from Ribble, but I'm going to stick with the tyres I have. The front is a little worn apparently but perfectly rideable for 100 miles
