the attempt has had awesome reviews and looks absolutely gorgeous and light as a feather considering its a alum bike, gropuset at 105 too, cant go wrong...
This all sounds good, and I've read a few positive reviews too. An Agree is out of range money wise, but maybe I could stretch to an Attempt. Maybe...

Need to get down the shop and get test riding!

whats the ride like on the race as i have read that its not exactly the most sportive style bike more of a race style, what do you think as you have the bike, would appreciate your first hand advice?
Cube all the way for me, had my Agree GTC Race for a week now, I done the London 2 Brighton with it last week, I've just got back from a wee ride around the North Downs which included both the Catford Hill climb and the handling to me is superb.
Easiest way to find out what other people think of Cube bikes is to Google reviews of the bike you fancy but I dont think your be disappointed if you go down the Cube route.
Good luck with whatever you decide on !!

I have the agree race.......its very comfortable and no ill effects after 100 mile rides. It may have 'race' on the frame i am not sure its 'race' dedicated...maybe the marketing boys were having some fun?

The frame however is very stiff so i always feel a good transfer of power. would recommend it. If you're looking for a sportive dedicated frame of similar price i think Specialized Roubaix may be worth looking, although its 105 rather than the Cube's Ultegra.

is there a really big difference in the ultegra and 105?
