Been looking over the past couple of days for a sub £1500 carbon beauty on 0% interest over 2yrs, noticed a lovely Colnago ace with 105 on Evans website for £1600. Found myself in Camden today with SWMBO and the ankle bitters today, so made my excuses and nipped into the local Evans.
the object of my desire was in the shop windows teasing me with its sexy italian charms but alais Evans doesn't do 2 year finance on any bike under 2K, so sulked out the shop saying Bye Bye to the temptress. Walking down the road I found myself by some strange coincidence in the LBS nearby  and than I saw her ......... the 2011 Cube Agree HTC Race  found out yus they can do it over 2yrs on 0% !! Yippeeeeeee !!
Now the question is do you lovely guys and dolls out there think this a good buy on both money and terms or do you think I should carry out my quest for a comfortable, nippy Sunday best bike for sportive use and general good fun ??

you decide !!

Looks like a cracking bike to me.

I'm afraid I can't advise you on if it's good value - I can only dream of spending such money on a bike!

I have the GTC SL.
I upgraded to this from a Planet-X (which I loved).
The guy at my lbs owned a GTC Pro (I think) and allowed me to take it for a ride as it had similar geometry and same size as I would be riding.
I could go into (far too much) detail on the Cube. Bottom line.. I love it!

I have the GTC Race £1849...part bought on the C2W scheme. I can recommend this bike, great groupset, brilliant frame. Its let down by a Ally seat post which i found a bit disappointing considering the price and Fulcrum 5 wheels. However these are two items that are upgradeable(???)

Go for it, i dont think u will regret your purchase. Good climber and great on the flat.

I already own a Cube bike (Peloton) It was about as much as I could get with clipless pedals and shoes on C2W scheme. I am really impressed with it even though it is mainly aluminium and has a Tiagra groupset. It is reasonably light and climbs OK and is a . Now looking to upgrade and would seriously consider either the Agree GTC Pro or the Agree GTC Race along with Ridley Orion Special Edition. The GTC Pro and Race share the same geometry as my Peloton so switching to either would not be a gamble as I was properly fitted for the one I've got now. I can also thoroughly recommend these guys as their Crowthorne road shop is the LBS I use.

Cheers guys !! Def gonna give it a test ride, love the looks of the Race but trying to work out if its worth the extra couple of hundred pounds over the Pro all because of the Fulcrums wheels instead of the Eastons ?

Any opinions ??
