Actually, neck problems are usually related to the traps (muscles that go out towards the shoulders). heat wraps and rest is what you need.

I cricked my neck in year 3, im now in year 12 and its still the same, but not as bad. Sometimes its really bad, sometimes its not so bad.
At the moment its abit bad from doing back drops in trampolening(i am now very bored of trampolening after doing it for 4 weeks, but not really needing to do it because its not a sport im doing for A-level PE)

Oh dear:laugh:
I like to watch the other people on the trampolene, one did a summersault and over did it, went face down into the trampolene, then another time he went face down into the big mat that gets put at the end:laugh:
Was funny to see, the guy is really skinny and he looked like a rag doll being flipped around:laugh:
