Gave the pedals a good spin backwards when I washed the bike today and they ARE loosening up
.
Just need the gears adjusting, so theres no derailer rub , and the noisy brake sorting now......

Halfords Bilston aftersales service.....
Well it pains me to say it but the Halfrauds guys were spot on again today!
Sorted the rubbing on the derailer/adjusted gears and did a few other bits too a
which they talked me through.
I actually took out a 3 year service policy which includes free fitting of any parts purchased from them in that time. They didn't even mention it to me but I saw it advertised on their website, there was no hard sell.
All in all I have had a very good experience with Halfords Bilston and I thought it only fair to post on here as they, as a company, get so much bad feedback on here.
As people have posted before , I think it depends on which branch you deal with and I am only speaking for Bilston.
