crank arm question

I have ordered and received shimano 105 chain set from wiggle and have been sent right hand side with chain ring attached but no left hand crank arm is this normal I thought I would be sent a complete crank any one experienced this

Normally come in a pair .... sounds as if wiggle has made an error !

I just bought a new chainset and when I opened the box, thought for a moment that I was missing the left crank. I then discovered it in a separate compartment of the box, clearly designed to stop the cranks bashing against each other in transit.

Yeah, just looks like a bit of the packaging til you find out it opens to reveal...... ta dahhhh
