Cramp at night

So, after years of running, I started to commute to work on bike in June. 2-3 times a week and the round trip is 20 miles.

After 5 months of no problems, the last few weeks I've been getting terrible cramp at night.

It usually happens after sitting down for a while and 3-4 hours after my ride home, I get cramp on the inside of my thighs and its completely crippling.

I think it happens when I swing my legs around - anything I can do to prevent it (apart form not swining my legs around....)?

Bone up on it because cramp is caused by my things.Try this for a start
