Those marks do not even remotely look like a crack. you will be scrapping a good frame. If you still intend to do so and it is the right size I'll take it off your hands for a tenner and even pay postage.

My youngest Son is well over 6’ , he’s Australian , from Brisbane area, big problem is....
he’s over here living and working in the White Cross pub on the Thames in Richmond Other wise he’d have taken it !
