How much do you weigh?

With only 20 spokes for the rear, there is a heck of a lot more rider weight to be supported making correct spoke tension even more a priority.

A quick google shows that they suffer from uneven spoke tensions...kinda matches your photo.
Looking at them earlier I was think something like that, just from the way they are split.
I was 12 1/2 st last summer, I have put on a little in recent months not being out so much, but not much.

I dont usually have many problems even the local Halfords seems ok as they ride themselves. When I started in in June 2013 I had a slight problem with Spa Cycles, as I was asking questions that the guy seemed to think I should now the answers to, however it could be he was busy and pushed for time, even though I put in orders for over £100.

Excellent customer service from them:bravo: Just goes to show that not all companies try to wheedle out of it (not thinking of any company in particular..... just generally)

I can truly say, I have never had such good service, they were sorting replacements without even looking at the wheels (obviously they had to eventually)

The rs11's are also a much better wheelset, and to get an extra tenner ontop that's great, just wish the twice I'd been to them for returns they were as helpful!

Planet X seem like a good lot, have never heard a bad word about them. And they support the sport, are aware things do go wrong at times, and sort it. What else can you say? What they have done by their response is got themselves a contented customer = repeat business. Everyone wins!

The original rear rim on my Horizon developed fatigue fractures at the spoke holes after just 6300m, but they were single eyelets. The Mavic A719s that I use are double eyelet, and there are no fatigue fractures by the time the braking surface has worn out after 20,000m or more.
