Looks like today's the day to be out on the bike. Who is counting down the minutes and indeed the seconds until you can get out on the bike later ? What are your plans for a ride or have you been lucky to get out already ?

-30 mins.....just got back from a nice 38 mile round the Hertfordshire lanes. It was great

Hopefully the wife has a friend coming around tonight, so I can sneak off for 'a recovery ride'. If it all goes wrong, it means she goes out to her friends house and I am in charge of the sleeping kids whilst looking out the window with a tear in my eye.

Cracking commute this morning. But it took me ages to cool down - sweat everywhere.

I'm in neutral mode - can't ride due to some drugs (prescribed!) that I am taking. Can't do a whole host of other stuff either so I'm a bit stir crazy.

However, for everyone who gets out; have a blooming wonderful ride!

Just got back, its warming up out there, 43 mile, I thought I would check to see if the bridge was open at Collingham, its still closed and no sign of any action to repair it, had to get back for physio on my shoulder this afternoon, otherwise it would have been a good day to carry on to Otley.

+1440 minutes, (almost to the minute) from a lumpy 70 odd miler.
No bike commute today or tomorrow for logistical reasons, down in that there London on Wednesday and will be home late every night, so Thursday at the earliest for me. Which is a sodding frustrating given the weather forecasts.

Unfortunately I am not a lover of gravy on chips or quaffer of brown sauce, I am a displaced southerner. However pizza from Iceland sounds good, do they deliver?

The ride to work was great ... Not too cold, slightly foggy, allowed me to give it some without dying .... I feel that the ride home will be done at 10kph Mouth wide open gasping for breath and sweating to death

I left home at 8.30 to ride to work. Was nice and cool in the shade, not so much in the sun. Going home will be super hot I think!
