I was going on what has happened locally. We have an increase of two, since March, pub wise.I should think a lot more than pubs, but there are far more shops than pubs, I was just pointing out the alternatives to your statement.

It all depends how it's done: if it's "how can I do X but stay within the rules" it's probably ok and just the personal version of a lot of "covid secure" advice for businesses.
