Reading some of the proposed penalties for motoring offences, I wonder what the same peoples proposed penalties would be for other types of crime or antisocial behaviour ? eg theft, assault, dog fouling, littering, fly-tipping, etc etc

Theft - chop their hands off.

Assault - stick them an "I'm and Iraqi Hijacker" T shirt and shove them in a cell with Bronson.

Dog fouling - make them eat it.

Littering - make them pick it up with their butt cheeks.

Fly tipping - tattoo "I'm a fly tipper" in their forehead.

Done. I suggested they eliminate the surplus by re-investing in additional enforcement activities.
