My previous computer (Cateye Velo) used to display the time whatever, but my new Cateye Strada wireless seems to kick into a 'sleep' mode after a certain time of inactivity (was surprised it didn't kick into sleep mode this morning as my New Year fitness levels struggled on a hilly 20 mile loop)
