OH NO HE FORGOT TO MENTION THE ENERGY AND WASTE MAKING AND DISPOSING OF THE CAR vs the pushbike.
Beat me to it it takes more energy to manufacture a car than it burns in its entire useful life.OH NO HE FORGOT TO MENTION THE ENERGY AND WASTE MAKING AND DISPOSING OF THE CAR vs the pushbike.

Probably lasts a bit longer as well.to be fair my road bike has a few airmiles in it. Reynolds 525 drawn in UK shipped to Taiwan or where ever to be made into a frame which is shipped to Preston for my delectation. Not quirte as bad as the prius and it's heavy, expensive batteries.
It's a pointless exercise, which itself is responsible for an equally pointless waste of resources.
Not to mention the energy wasted shipping the Pious from the factory in Japan to its sale markets.
Free electric or costly cow muck? You know, if we took all that cow poo, and captured the methane from it, we'd have a new energy source. Used to do it all the time, down on the farm. Methane digester.

Cleaning the holding tanks and such was always really, truly, deadly.Free electric or costly cow muck?
Would the complaints about riding through it, on the road still be there?
Well, he obviously should have worn a helmet. (no, wait, I take that back...).
Regular fans of my incoherent ramblings will know that I bought my Missus and old but very well maintained Pious last year.
