4 weeks old and the bike has rusty bearings and a creaking seat clamp IMO not good at all.

With my work/bike shop head on. The bike was not put together right IMO

I have took apart a fork, put it back together, runs smooth, better than before!
I've took the seat off, cleaned it, lubed rails, bolts etc...

No clicking!!!

I'm really happy about the results, I can sleep tonight now

BTW you're not supposed to grease a carbon seatpost. Carbon assembly paste was what you should have used.
