WD40 directly onto the grease (you'll watch the grease marks disappear) and then wash the garment.

Rub a little swarfega into the area and then wash as usual.

What he said. This works-i add a bit of this when i am washing my oily rags from cleaning bike/car.

Edit-swarfega is essentially beaded hand cleaner, which might be cheaper than the other brand
