I have checked but I seek reassurance on the sizing numbers and how they relate to the frame design. I reach out to you for this reassurance.

Look at the top tube, seat tube, reach and stack and compare

as I said, you could buy it and see, we all like different geometries and sizes, they are just a guide. If it’s no good, you should be able to sell on at little or no loss

Ask him to measure the headstock and then ask him to measure from the floor to top side of cross bar at mid way point along then the same for bars and saddle then you should be able to see if ok size wise and also get him to measure along the cross bar .

The review I posted up thread does suggest that it has a particularly short top tube, I really think it’ll be too small.

I've attempted to look up the Alto's dimensions, but there isn't much info on the model.
The seller's not going to measure all the sizing for me.
Yep, I've finally accepted the bike is too small. I just got excited as it was reduced.

I'm 5'9 on a good day and I ride a 54cm road bike.

Also if the seller cannot be bothered measuring then I wouldn't be spending £250 with them.
