How the hell did he drive with the body raised?!
Surely he ouught to have caught a view (even if slight) in the mirrors, or wondered why other drivers were flashing lights, or using horns?

Drink/drug tests were negative too

Seen similar before, used to install the Very Narrow Aisle man up picking trucks, where they turn up with mast and cab separate from the body, and the battery removed, into doors where a crane can’t fit through, nor could the truck if it was assembled outside, then get the crane bit inside to build the thing up.

This sort of thing where the driver goes up in the cab, usually wire guided in aisle

It is indeed. That guy attends a lot of shows and he has another 2 stroke set up on bed of the lorry which can run and with the side panels replaced with perspex, you can see how it operates.
