Cinelli & Claud Butler and unknown drops

Don't look like Maes - far too much curve and drop - look like track bars to me.

they look more like these Cinelli 'Pista'

Ok so can anyone identify the Cinelli? I had it on Ebay and it was doing well but kept getting messages saying its not a Cinelli!!!!!

So rather than go sell it and find out its not a Cinelli I pulled it from Ebay to investigate.

Numbers on the bottom bracket are 61 34875

I have looked and looked but can't find anything exact but some pretty close numbers that resemble this lay out.

Can anyone shed any light?

email a photo and the frame numbers to Cinelli in Italy and ask them maybe? Or these guys - the UK Cinelli dealers - maybe they can help?
