Child Trailers

I am looking for a trailer to tow my two year old son around in, plus a bit of kit. Needs to be folded down easily and to a reasonably compact size for transportation to holidays etc. There seems to be a vast amount of variation in prices. As with everthing I guess this is reflected in the build quality, weight and durability......or is it? Any recommendations, good or bad experiences, cheap suppliers? Wiggle have a reasonable deal on these Burley jobs at the moment but are they worth the extra money? Thanks in advance.

I have the Adventure 1 single seater trailer (from Amazon)

A very well made trailer. A very good harness. Plenty of room for child and everything else, toys, clothing, drinks, Blankets etc. Has a nice 'boot' too for extra baggage. Inside it has a couple of pockets that can be used to hold drinks & bottles etc so they don't roll all over the place.

It's lightweight but very strong and sturdy. It folds down and can convert to a pushchair (Extra wheel and handle is extra). It has large windows, including one on top which can be covered up if too bright/sun is too hot.

The front of the trailer you can either ride as open, with a fly screen (handy to stop littlun throwing things out), and with a clear windbreak. all these roll up as you can see in the pics below.

The attachment hitch is steel and locks on to your bike through the QR lever. I leave it on all the bike all the time.
It also comes with a fail safe strap which you wrap around the rear triangle stay.

All in all a very reasonable priced well specced trailer.

Oh yeah, the most important person... jnr... he loves his trailer
