A mate of mine was drinking Guinness and tonic the other day. I tried a bit and it's not too bad at all, kinda like Guinness lite.
How about a rinsing a glass with Vermouth and then adding a goodly measure of gin that you've stirred with lots of ice (through a strainer though, you don't want the ice to end up in the glass).
Can't think it'll catch on though.
