With money being tight (heating or eating) I have been living on salads and baked potatoes, but take iron tablets as I became very anaemic

Around £40-50, but after it's been shot it's only worth about £1. Any that are badly shot up are usually given away and can be an excellent deal for anyone who makes pate, terrines or game pies.
