Cheap android phone for work?

I'm olde fashioned. I use a camera for photographing stuff. Theres still no subsitute if good images are important.

I used to be back in film era. Now my needs at work means the camera I carry is the best option. Cheap digital are small but if you're carrying an phone anyway they're not any better. You're not going to carry a delicate dslr round a factory just in case you need a photo to be taken.

However I do want a decent camera for outdoor photography. A mix of landscape, family photos, nature and action. I've not been able to choose the right camera because I've not got a big budget at all and what's possible I can't decide on. I'm thinking of a mirrorless system but did consider a bridge or super zoom at one stage.
