Koro, I levelled my spoon and knife saddles ignoring the bit that curves up at the back so that the straight bit of the saddle is level.
Works for me.

Yes, same here. The main portion of the saddle and the nose are parallel to the ground, the supportive bit at the back slightly raised. Crackin' saddle.

I have one of the saddles too, and I think it's great.

Just be aware that not every saddle suits everyone's ar$e. I bought one and didn't suit me, so just because it's cheap doesn't mean it's good for YOU.

just a thought ...... might be fine, who knows?
