Changing Forks Question

Hi all in cycle land,

I have a question that i hope anybody can answer and thanks in advance.

I own a Specialized Crosstrail Comp with front suspension forks and i was thinking of fitting new forks, carbon if i could, as most of the time my suspension is switched off and it just adds to the weight of the bike

Now could i fit new carbon forks on this bike and amy suggestions as to which front forks to go for

quite a few different choices on there.

Headset is standard 1 1/8" no, so assuming you get 1 1/8 steerer forks, all should be fine.

Make sure you get suspension compensated forks to keep geometry of bike.
