My daughter took me to task for poor bacon sarnie assemblage: "You are aware that a bacon sarnie is actually a ketchup sarnie with a bit of bacon, right?"

The only thing to put on a Bacon sandwich is a fried Egg and maybe some sliced Mushrooms.......................Ooh and maybe a Sausage or 2.

There used to be a Chippy round the corner from my mates workshop that opened mid morning and sold a 'Breakfast Twinnie', Half a Baton with 3 rashers of bacon 2 Sausages and Egg and fried Mushrooms. The shop was owned by a Scottish guy, they know about Cholesterol

My only use for brown sauce is on a Cheese sandwich, think of it as Branston pickle without the crunchy bits, I know you can get it with smaller chunks nowadays but I really like the 'smooth' version.
