Yes I have used CRC twice and they are the the cheapest and the quickest. Can't really say fairer than that!

I have used them a fair bit. They tend to be slightly more MTB oriented than Wiggle, but still have a great range and probably better prices. I just bought some lights that were £63 at Wiggle and £54 at CRC.

They also have a phone number and I have been able to call them for advice. Wiggle do not (even if people post the number from time to time I have NEVER got through). Also Wiggle did not reply to several emails when I had a problem once.

Previously praised them but they sent me the wrong item with the last order. I'm a bit annoyed but accept these things happen and that the true test of customer service is when something goes wrong. Will keep you posted.

I have nothing but praise for CRC. Great service and speedy (and free) next-day delivery.

Any problems with ordered items have been sorted out quickly and always in the customer's favour (ie I've had a money-off voucher as an apology, and once I got a free set of lights !!)

They're a company who really do put the customer first. Good luck sorting your problem out.

I previously posted that a company is best judged on its customer service. I send back some gear on Friday, received replacement for the incorrect item on Tuesday and received a refund on some other goods today.

Pretty impressive in my book.

Use instead of Wiggle now. Found Wiggle's choice has gone crap and some stuff pricey.

CRC has much more brands (clothes wise), free del, speedy del and always helpful in the event of any issues.

Ordered some overshoes with them at 02.00 Hrs this morning, just got an email (with tracking number) to say that they have now been shipped.

Only used them because they were out of stock at wiggle, but then I found CRC and were a couple of quid cheaper too...bonus.

Should hopefully be here tomorrow, ready to use on my weekend training run.
