Chain for my 70s racer

BITD we usually changed the “block and chain” together. New chain on an old freewheel can skip on the smaller sprockets. ….freewheels are cheap as chips, sunrace for example.

I'm guessing so but I haven't looked. I've not removed the freewheel before either so that's something else I need to research.

Removing the freewheel is no drama, assuming you have the right tool. Easier if you have access to a vice.
