@Boon 51 I found when doing Ten Tors that I was comfortable when I wasn't hot/wet as those lead to me chafing (I assume because it was sweat/water and walking stupid miles weren't a good mix.

Does the temperature in Malaga even require a pair of winter shorts?

Its does if your a whimp :eek:
The temperature is a bit random up in the mountains. At 9am its 4c by 2pm its 20c by 5pm its down to 8c in the winter. :smile:

Do you have leg warmers? Whilst these aren't the perfect answer, they allow you to ditch when it's warm enough to warrant normal shorts?

Funny you should say that, I just got some the other day and with summer bibshorts they work very well.
I only got cheap one's from decathlon but will get a better pair in the UK on my next visit in Feb..well impressed.

Some great reviews of specialized and castelli ones here, but it's your money to spend. I am using ALDI ones, and these are great for commuting, but I may spend more next autumn

I've seen the Specialized ones at evanscycles and they look good but I will go to there Gatwick branch the first week in Feb when we get to the UK and have a gander..
