Celeriac with mash was eaten along with the steamed Kale. And enjoyed by all.

Wouldn't be any point. This particular one is very boney, no meat on it at all. Hard to believe with the amount he scoffs.

I think the kale is suitable for steaming with the broccoli and carrots? Unless someone can advise differently.

kale is best wokked with *olive* oil (not usual wokky oils) and salt.

Now I think about it, add a bit of cinnamon, sugar and pepper to make it taste like like chinese crispy seaweed.
