It's looking a bit iffy, we're upto 15 "novices" already and I've still not heard back from a couple of people yet.

I'll let you know as soon as possible and will ask them at the track if we can bring a couple more first timers.

I'm a 54 frame, and can I get a 650c track bike for my lad. He is 148 cm high.

No need for shoes as I run look delta, and my lad will use the adapters.

PS his blood sugars are well under control now, only three weeks in. Whoop. We will be sorted for the session.
